1) Identify INSPIRE Spatial Datasets

1.1 Do you have an INSPIRE Spatial Dataset?

INSPIRE spatial datasets have the following characteristics:

• Their format is digital.
• Their production and maintenance is the responsibility of an administration or public sector organisation.
• They refer to an area over which a member state has and/or exercises jurisdiction.
• They are classified in one of the themes in Annex I, II or III of Directive 2007/2/EC.

  To identify the theme in which the Spatial Dataset belongs, it is necessary to consult the definition and attributes of each of the geographic objects in the Data Specifications.

1.2 Are these classified as INSPIRE Priority Datasets?
