2) Publishing View and Download Services

2.1 Spatial Data Sets must be accessible through view services (WMS, WMTS)

1. They must be compliant
   To do so, they should follow the Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE View Services which establish the criteria for implementing view services according to the INSPIRE Profile of ISO19128 – WMS 1.3.0 y WMTS 1.0.0.
2. They must be defined through their metadata. [See 3. Generate data and service metadata]

2.2 Spatial Data Sets must be downloadable through download services (WFS, ATOM Feed, WCS)

1. They must be compliant
   To do this, they must follow the following technical guidelines for implementation:
   • Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE Download Services, which establish criteria for creating predefined data set download services (ATOM or ISO 19142 Web Feature Service and ISO 19143 Filter Encoding Specification) and direct data download services (ISO 19142 Web Feature Service and ISO 19143 Filter Encoding Specification).
   • Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE Download Services using Web Coverage Services, which establishes criteria for creating services according to Web Coverage Service, WCS 2.0.
